If your pack isn't structured correctly for your dispute, email us within 3 days of purchase for a full refund.

When a refund is available

A full refund is available within 3 days of purchase if your evidence pack is not structured correctly for your dispute type — for example, if the pack does not match your dispute category or reason code, or is missing the structure a submission of that type requires. To request a refund, email us at the address in your purchase confirmation with your order reference and a short note on what was wrong.

What the guarantee covers (and what it doesn't)

The guarantee is on the fit and structure of the deliverable — the part in our control. We cannot offer refunds based on chargeback outcomes. We structure your evidence correctly, but we cannot control how card networks rule on disputes, and a correctly structured pack is not a guarantee that you will win.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from completing your pack or downloading your PDF, contact us immediately with your order reference. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

How to request a refund

Email us within 3 days of purchase using the email address in your purchase confirmation. Include your order reference number and a brief description of how the pack didn't fit your dispute. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks against this product

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we will respond to the dispute with the evidence above. We request that you contact us first — most issues can be resolved without a bank dispute.
